Shipping Policy

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We don’t charge our customers for shipping within Europe. However, to be absolutely sure we ship to your destination please add an item to your shopping cart, then “view basket” and simply select your country. If your destination doesn’t show up feel free to drop us an email via hello@aiscollective.com and we will check what we can do for you.

VAT for Swiss and EU orders is included. For orders outside of Switzerland, customers are solely responsible for any and all duties, fees, taxes, or customs charges levied by your destination country for importing foreign goods.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Our team will carefully pack and send your order out by the next 2-3 working day. Deliveries will take:

a maximum of 6 working days for Swiss destinations
8 to 20 working days for to EU and European mainland due to current circumstances
7 to 25 working days for all other overseas destinations due to current circumstances

Delivery date – Our shipping days above have proven to be quite precise. Weekends are not counted into the shipping time.
Delivery address – Have you entered your delivery address correctly? It’s always worth double checking the address you entered was correct.
Check with your neighbours – Please ask your neighbours to see if they have your order as it may have been delivered to the incorrect address.
Deliveries to apartment blocks or offices – In case your choses delivery address is located in an apartment block or office, it may be worth checking at your reception or similarly, with neighbours or colleagues.
